Possible procedure for feedback:
1. Ask your colleague to reflect on the lesson she has just taught.
2. Talk about the positive things in the lesson,especially in the area she wanted you to focus on.
3. Mention 2 or 3 things that perhaps didn't work well. Using questions is a useful way to get colleague to reflect on issues that come up in the lesson.
4. Use your notes as a point of reference.
5. Finish on positive note, with something that wen well.
6. Thank your colleague for asking you to go into her class.
